Terms of Service at V6proxies

By using our services, you agree to these terms and confirm your acceptance of this agreement.V6Proxies terms of service may update or modify at any time, and continued use of the services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Ordering

  1. Terms of service requires orders must include your real name, street address, phone number, and valid email address.
  2. We process proxy orders in the order they are received.
  3. Payment is required at the time of placing the order. If payment is not completed, the system will automatically cancel the proxy service order.
  4. Proxy delivery time is approximately 2 hours after payment. In some cases, delivery may take up to 6 hours depending on availability.
  5. All proxy services are billed on a month-to-month basis and renew automatically unless you submit a cancellation request for each active service.
  6. A free proxy trial is available so you can evaluate our proxy services before ordering.

Billing

  1. Due to the nature of the proxy services industry and the costs involved in maintaining proxy infrastructure, we do not offer refunds. We may provide free samples or trial access before payment. Once payment is completed, all sales are final and non refundable.
  2. When you order a proxy service, you are billed for the full month in advance.
  3. Invoices are generated and emailed to you five (5) days before the monthly due date. The due date corresponds to the original purchase date of the service. All invoices are also available in your client support panel.
  4. Services enabled for automatic billing will charge your default payment method on file on the invoice due date.
  5. If a payment is declined or remains unpaid four (1) days after the due date, your proxy services will be suspended until full payment is received.
  6. We do not provide suspension notifications by phone or postal mail. If you are concerned about missing email notifications, you are responsible for regularly checking your account email for outstanding invoices.
  7. Failure to submit payment after the invoice due date may result in service and account termination. All data associated with terminated services is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
  8. Billing disputes do not exempt customers from paying current or future invoices. Disputes resolved in the customer’s favor will result in an account credit for the overpaid amount. Any chargebacks initiated through a credit card provider or PayPal may result in immediate service termination without notice.
  9. Disputes submitted after service delivery are not accepted. We reserve the right to provide all relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions when required.

Terms of service violation

  1. Any violation of system or network security is strictly prohibited and against our terms of service. You may not use our proxy services to invade the privacy of others, commit fraud, or cause harm to individuals, organizations, or systems.
  2. You may not upload, transmit, or access any material that violates copyright, intellectual property, or trademark rights of any individual or organization.
  3. Piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, exploitative software, or any content that educates, promotes, or encourages such activities is strictly prohibited.
  4. Accessing or operating pornographic or adult websites through our proxy services is not allowed.
  5. Spam is strictly prohibited. If we receive multiple abuse complaints, spam reports, blocklist listings, or evidence of spam trap hits, your proxy services may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
  6. You may not use our proxy services to engage in any criminal activity that violates local, state, or federal laws of the United States of America, the European Union, or any applicable jurisdiction.
  7. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. Any legal, financial, or operational consequences resulting from misuse will be borne entirely by you as the account holder.
  8. No refunds will be issued if your services are suspended or terminated due to abuse policy violations.
  9. If we receive abuse complaints regarding your service and you fail to respond to or correct the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your services immediately.
  10. We maintain zero tolerance for fraud, abuse, or spam activities conducted against third parties.
